Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Address

1.1. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide an accurate and complete delivery address. The Seller shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the Buyer.

2. Acceptance of Goods

2.1. The Buyer must accept the goods personally.
2.2. If the Buyer is unable to accept the goods personally and the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer shall have no right to submit claims regarding delivery of the goods to a third party at that address, except as required by mandatory law.

3. Delivery Time

3.1. The Seller delivers the goods in accordance with the delivery timeframes specified in the product descriptions or during the checkout process.
3.2. Delivery timeframes are indicative and may be affected by circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, including courier delays or force majeure events.

4. Product Information and Appearance

4.1. The main characteristics of each product are described in its respective product listing.
4.2. The Seller shall not be liable for minor differences in color, shape, size, or other parameters of the product caused by the technical characteristics, settings, or display quality of the Buyer’s device.
