SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Address

1.1. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide an accurate and complete delivery address. The Seller shall not be liable for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the Buyer.

2. Acceptance of Goods

2.1. The Buyer must accept the goods personally.
2.2. If the Buyer is unable to accept the goods personally and the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer shall have no right to submit claims regarding delivery of the goods to a third party at that address, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

3. Delivery Time

3.1. The Seller delivers the goods in accordance with the delivery timeframes indicated in the product descriptions or during the checkout process.
3.2. Delivery timeframes are indicative. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, such as courier delays or force majeure.

4. Product Information and Visual Representation

4.1. The main characteristics of each product are described in the relevant product description.
4.2. The Seller shall not be liable for minor discrepancies between the product’s appearance (including color, shape, or size) as displayed in the electronic store and the actual product, where such discrepancies arise due to the technical characteristics, settings, or display quality of the Buyer’s device.

5. Risk Transfer

5.1. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the Buyer at the moment the goods are delivered to the Buyer or a person designated by the Buyer, in accordance with applicable law.
